Core responsibilities
Data management: Gather, compile, organize, and update data, and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
Administrative support: Process and manage documents like invoices and purchase orders, and handle general administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
Customer and internal coordination: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
Reporting and analysis: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed, and assist with basic financial tasks like tracking expenses.
Office upkeep: Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment. Required skills and qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree, typically in Business Administration or a related field, is often preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is beneficial.
Technical proficiency: Must be proficient in common office software like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Typing speed is also a common requirement.
