We are looking for a

Sales Backend Officer

to support our product sales operations team. The role involves managing backend sales activities, coordinating with the field sales team, maintaining customer data, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order processing Handle customer queries and maintain relationships Prepare sales reports, quotations, and invoices Track product stock, dispatches, and payments Support management with sales documentation and follow-ups

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field Strong MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM knowledge Excellent communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and multitasking ability
