Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via live chat and other messaging platforms.
Identify customer needs and help them use specific features or troubleshoot problems.
Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that customers may face.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Technical Support, Sales, Product) to resolve complex issues.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments.
