Job Description

Process: Backend (50% Chat & 50% Email)

Work Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational Offs)

Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts

Experience: Minimum 6 Months of Core CSE Experience

Communication: Excellent English (C1 Level)

Salary: Up to ?30,000 CTC per month

Work from Office

Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat and email professionally.

Provide accurate information and timely resolution.

Maintain high-quality responses and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies and meet process KPIs.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
