Handle end-to-end policy issuance process (life, health, motor, or general insurance)
Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in internal systems
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy status, endorsements, and renewals
Support sales team with proposal forms, quotations, and customer documentation
Maintain and update records of clients, policies, and transactions
Assist with claim documentation and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with internal processes and IRDAI guidelines
Generate and share reports with management as required
