Job Description

We are seeking an experienced person to handle our backend operations. Candidate will take care of our lubricants operations. A person with C&F experience and tally billing experience is what we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination & Dispatch Support

Prepare

Proforma Invoices

for distributors. Coordinate

order to dispatch

timeline with plant/C&F and update concerned distributors. Maintain a proper

dispatch tracking sheet

- including courier/LR details and short supply records.

Payments & Communication

Update related Sales Officers upon

receipt of payment

from the distributor. Ensure all records are maintained digitally and are easily accessible.

Sales Support Activities

Prepare

price lists in Excel as per company guidelines

. Update

Tally

with the latest

Excel price list

. Conduct

billing audits

at C&F as per order details and approved pricing. Conduct

C&F stock audits

and maintain proper records. Manage

C&F inventory

and ensure proper stock rotation. Prepare

indents for C&F

as per sales and stock requirements. Coordinate with

transporters

for dispatch planning and tracking. Perform

other sales coordination tasks

as needed.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum

Graduate

. 2-5 years of

Tally and billing experience

in a C&F environment.. Should be familiar with

order processing

, and

sales back-end support

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
