Key Responsibilities
Manage complete backend operations for export documentation & coordination
Data entry, order processing & maintaining MIS reports
Coordination with logistics, accounts & sales teams
Handling purchase orders, invoices, packing lists & shipping documents
Client follow-ups and communication support
Maintain records as per international quality compliance
Support the business development & operations team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA (Preferred but not mandatory)
1-3 years of experience in Backend / Export Operations
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email Communication & Data Management
Strong coordination & organizational skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
