Total Experience: 1 to 3 years
Relevant Experience Required: 1 to 2 years

Domain: pharmaceutical / medical sales/healthcare/ tele sales
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation: ?2,40,000 to ?3,00,000 Lakhs per year + incentives performance based

Probation Period: 3 to 6 months, performance-based

Languages Known: Gujarati/Hindi/Marathi/English (basic)

Role Overview

The Backend Executive plays a vital support role in enabling smooth sales and customer engagement operations. This position focuses on backend coordination, customer enquiry handling, presentation support, and data accuracy, ensuring consistent follow-ups and operational reliability.

The role is primarily office-based / remote, with gradual training provided on product understanding, inquiry qualification, and demo coordination to build long-term capability.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Operations & Sales Support

Support sales and customer engagement teams through backend coordination and documentation. Prepare and deliver basic presentations to customers as required. Handle incoming customer enquiries and route them appropriately to sales or field teams. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, interactions, and follow-ups.
Product & Process Enablement

Gradually develop understanding of products, offerings, and use cases through structured training. Assist in qualifying customer enquiries based on predefined criteria. Coordinate product demos, meetings, and follow-ups between customers and sales teams.
Data Management & Reporting

Update and maintain customer and enquiry data in CRM or internal tracking systems. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates. Support preparation of daily and weekly operational reports.
Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations for smooth execution. Maintain professional and responsive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Compliance & Process Adherence

Follow defined processes, documentation standards, and reporting guidelines. Ensure ethical handling of customer information and compliance with internal policies.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline Healthcare / Pharma background preferred
