Key Responsibilities
:
Handle the
loan login process
for Home Loans and LAP applications
Coordinate with sales team for collecting customer documents
Check and verify all required documents before file submission
Maintain accurate records of files logged in and processed
Upload data onto lender portals and internal CRM systems
Follow up with credit and operations teams for status updates
Ensure proper communication flow between internal teams and external partners
Generate daily MIS reports for tracking and escalations
Candidate Requirements
:
Good understanding of
loan documentation and process flow
Basic knowledge of banking/lending products like PL & BL is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work under timelines
