The Backend Executive - HR Activities supports the HR department by managing documentation, data entry, employee records, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
Support onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation
Assist in payroll inputs, leave records, and compliance data
Prepare HR reports and coordinate with internal teams
Handle backend support for HR policies, audits, and MIS
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good MS Excel and documentation skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Coordination and communication skills
Qualification:
Graduate (Any stream preferred)
