Omizoo is a women-first footwear brand building comfortable, stylish everyday shoes for "Women Who Move" - at prices that work for Bharat. We are a young, fast-growing startup and are looking for someone who can own our day-to-day backend operations.

Order & Customer Coordination

Coordinate with customers via WhatsApp and phone for:

Cash on Delivery (COD) order confirmation Address verification and corrections Basic product and order-related queries Maintain a polite, clear and solution-oriented communication style.

Order Processing & Backend Management

Manage orders on

Shopify

- checking new orders, updating status, basic edits where needed. Coordinate order processing and shipments via

Shiprocket

(or similar logistics panel). Ensure all orders are dispatched on time and track exceptions (RTO, delivery delays, etc.).

Reporting & Tracking

Prepare

daily and weekly summary reports

of: Orders received, dispatched, delivered, cancelled, RTO COD confirmations and failed attempts At month-end, pull

reports from Shopify/Shiprocket

and prepare simple MIS for management.

General Operations Support

Maintain clean data for customer details and order history. Coordinate with warehouse / operations team on packing and dispatches. Flag recurring issues (e.g., courier problems, common customer complaints) to founders.

Desired Profile

Ideally

1-2 years of experience

in e-commerce / operations / customer support (freshers with strong learning attitude can also apply). Comfortable using basic online tools - Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email. Prior exposure to

Shopify and/or Shiprocket

is a big plus (or willingness to learn fast). Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail - you'll be handling many small but important tasks in parallel. Good communication skills in

English and Hindi

(additional regional languages are a bonus). Someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a small startup environment.
