Prepare, process, and track vendor payments,
Draft clear and professional emails related to payments, invoices, approvals, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update payment records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debits/credits, invoices, ledgers) and Excel formulas.
