Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Backend Executive to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication ability, and the capacity to manage backend tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Documentation
Maintain and update company records, employee files, and office documentation.
Prepare reports, letters, spreadsheets, and internal communication.
Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Operational Support
Assist in coordinating daily office operations.
Handle backend support for HR, accounts, and management as required.
Maintain attendance records, tracking sheets, and follow-up reports.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Respond to emails, inquiries, and information requests promptly.
Support management with routine tasks and follow-ups.
Other Responsibilities
Assist in vendor management and office supply monitoring.
Support in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action items.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
Good MS Office knowledge -- Excel, Word, Email drafting.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Basic understanding of office operations and documentation.
Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
0-3 years experience in backend/office admin roles.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills are also welcome.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
