Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to support customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
Manage and process sales orders accurately, ensuring timely entry, follow-up, and coordination until completion.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing prompt support, addressing queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update databases, records, and reports using Excel with strong proficiency in formulas, data entry, and basic data analysis.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Communicate clearly and professionally through email, phone, and written communication to support internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards in all back-office activities.
