Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Visa Filing Executive to manage visa application processes, client handling, document collection, and backend support for immigration cases. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks and coordinate with clients and case officers to ensure successful and timely visa filings.

Must Have

- Good English Speaking Skills , Client Communication Skills .

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications for various countries as per the latest immigration rules. Collect, organize, and validate required documentation from clients. Maintain accurate case files and records in digital and physical formats. Liaise with clients to update them on their application status and request any missing information. Coordinate with internal counselors, consultants, and visa officers to ensure all backend processes run smoothly. Stay updated with changing immigration laws and application requirements. Ensure timely submission of applications and follow-ups with embassies or consulates, if needed. Manage data entry, record keeping, and document control systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A plus is familiarity with visa processes for countries like Canada, Europe, Australia, the UK, the USA, etc. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Basic computer skills (MS Office, PDF tools, data entry software).
