The Backend Executive is responsible for managing server-side operations, databases, and application logic to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable system performance. This role supports frontend teams, maintains backend infrastructure, and ensures data integrity and system reliability

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers or clients. Handle

incoming customer inquiries

via phone, chat, or email. Explain products or services clearly and professionally.

Resolve customer queries

and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update

customer records and call logs

accurately.

Requirements

Gender:

Female candidates only

Languages:

Hindi (Preferred), English (Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, friendly, and customer-oriented personality Basic computer knowledge Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
