Job Title: Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:


Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using

Node.js

Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using React or Next.js


Design, implement, and manage MySQL, Postgresql databases


Integrate and develop RESTful APIs to support seamless data exchange between

systems


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative

solutions


Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices


Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability

Required Skills:


Strong proficiency in Node.js (primary skill)


Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Next.js)


Solid understanding of relational databases


Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration


Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Preferred/Bonus Skills:


Experience in developing AWS Lambda functions and serverless architectures


Hands-on knowledge of AWS management and cloud infrastructure services


Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing


Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability


Strong communication and collaborative skills, with a proactive approach to problem-

solving
