Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Backend Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems for high-growth applications. The role involves working with Golang, PHP, AWS, GCP, and modern development frameworks to deliver secure, high-performing, and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building microservices, REST APIs, and business process automation across diverse domains such as E-commerce, MarTech, Logistics, and Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead backend architecture, development, and deployment of scalable systems using Golang, PHP, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure to support high-availability applications. Manage and optimize large-scale MySQL and MariaDB databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Implement caching strategies, asynchronous processing flows, and CI/CD pipelines. Integrate with third-party APIs, messaging systems (Pub/Sub, Redis), and push/email notification services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Frontend) for feature planning, release management, and code reviews. Drive business process automation for ERP, LMS, UMS, and PMS systems. Document technical flows, onboarding guides, and API contracts for developer enablement. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in Agile/Scrum environments.

Educational Qualification:

Master's Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

IT Technology, E-commerce, Media & Entertainment, Learning Management Systems, User Management Systems, Education, Training Management Systems

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
