We are looking for an experienced

Backend Engineer

with strong expertise in

Java

and working knowledge of

ReactJS

to join our dynamic engineering team. This role focuses on building

scalable backend systems, APIs, and databases

Key Responsibilities

Backend & API Development

Design, build, and maintain backend services using

Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate

.
Develop

RESTful APIs

and ensure seamless integration with internal and external applications.
Optimize system architecture for

scalability, performance, and security

.

Database Management

Design and maintain relational database schemas.
Write optimized queries and manage

SQL-based databases

.

Frontend Collaboration

Contribute to

ReactJS-based frontend features

and ensure smooth API integration.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Quality & Deployment

Implement

unit, integration, and automated testing

.
Support

CI/CD pipelines

, ensuring smooth releases and deployments.

Collaboration & Mentorship

Work closely with

product managers, designers, and engineers

in Agile teams.
Participate in

sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives

.
Provide

technical mentorship

to junior developers.

Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

5+ years of experience in backend development, with strong skills in

Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate

.
Proven ability to design and consume

REST APIs

.
Solid experience with

SQL databases

, schema design, and query tuning.
Hands-on experience with

ReactJS

, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Engineering Practices

Strong understanding of

Git/GitHub version control

.
Experience with

TDD, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines

.
Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to thrive in

fast-paced, collaborative environments

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

(BE/BTech, MCA).
Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications in

Java, ReactJS, or cloud technologies

are a plus.
