Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Golang
Build and maintain
RESTful and gRPC APIs
Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production
Develop scalable, high-performance systems that grow with the product
Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to ship features quickly
Optimize backend systems for
performance, reliability, and scalability
Debug and resolve production issues; improve system resilience
Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code
Participate in architectural discussions as the system evolves

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in backend engineering
Strong hands-on experience with
Golang
Proven experience building backend services and APIs from scratch
Solid understanding of databases such as
PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
Good knowledge of
Go concurrency patterns and performance optimization
Experience with
microservices or modular monolith architectures
Comfortable working in an
ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership
