We are looking for an experienced

Backend Engineer - EV Systems

who thrives on solving complex engineering problems and designing scalable backend architectures that power next-generation electric mobility solutions. You'll play a key role in developing robust systems that ensure efficiency, performance, and reliability across our EV ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Design & Development

Architect, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations supporting large-scale EV applications.
Implement efficient data models and design systems optimized for real-time operations and analytics.

2. Scalability & Performance

Diagnose and eliminate system bottlenecks, ensuring low latency and high throughput for critical applications.
Optimize backend processes and database interactions to improve performance and reliability.

3. Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with frontend, hardware, and product teams to deliver seamless and integrated solutions.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and drive engineering excellence.

4. Reliability & Quality

Ensure high code quality with comprehensive testing, monitoring, and documentation.
Automate deployment pipelines and maintain uptime through observability and performance monitoring tools.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Explore new technologies, frameworks, and design patterns relevant to EV systems and IoT infrastructure.
Continuously improve the platform's performance, scalability, and developer productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-6 years

of backend development experience with strong hands-on expertise in

Node.js

,

Nest.js

, and

TypeScript

.
Deep understanding of

PostgreSQL

, relational database design, and performance tuning.
Proven experience building and deploying

microservices

and

RESTful APIs

at scale.
Familiarity with

cloud infrastructure

(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools such as

Docker

and

Kubernetes

.
Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for building clean, maintainable, and scalable systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership attitude.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to

EV platforms

, IoT systems, or telematics data.
Understanding of

event-driven architectures

Experience with
