Requirements
What You'll Do:

• Optimize & Scale: Analyze existing systems, resolve performance bottlenecks, and design backend solutions that scale efficiently.
• Build Core Services: Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power EV platforms.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and hardware teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute ideas for new features and technical improvements.
• Take Ownership: Lead projects end-to-end -- from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure high code quality, strong test coverage, and reliable production deployments.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years (Junior) / 4+ years (Senior) of professional backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of web development lifecycles, data structures, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and ownership mindset.
