Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Backend Engineer (APIs & Integrations)

to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services. The role focuses on building robust APIs, managing third-party and internal integrations, and ensuring high performance and security across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure

RESTful / GraphQL APIs

Manage and implement

third-party and internal system integrations

Ensure backend performance, reliability, and scalability Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection Optimize database queries and backend services for high availability Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams for seamless integration Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Strong experience in backend development (Node.js / Java / Python / Go or similar) Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Experience with authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, API keys) Understanding of performance optimization and secure coding practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with microservices architecture Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
