Backend & Digital Operations Executive (All-Rounder Role)

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, adaptable, all-rounder

who can support The Stone Studio's backend, digital, and day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who loves learning new things, can multitask, and is excited to contribute across multiple functions--digital marketing, website management, coordination, and basic administration.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Website Support

Update and manage website content, product pages, blogs, and landing pages. Coordinate additions of new statues, categories, and collection pages. Maintain accuracy of product details, images, and pricing.

Social Media & Content Coordination

Help manage our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest etc. accounts. Assist with posting, scheduling, basic captions, and engagement tracking. Organize photos/videos received from the workshop or customers.

Marketing Execution

Create basic creatives, banners, and promotional assets using Canva. Maintain weekly reports on leads, traffic, CTR, and other performance metrics. Conduct simple market research to identify new content or product opportunities.

Backend Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with sculptors, vendors, agencies, photographers, and freelancers. Support customer queries, follow-ups, and backend documentation. Maintain structured data: prices, sizes, product lists, and inventory details. Assist with export documentation support (training will be provided).

Email & Communication

Help create newsletters, track email campaigns, and maintain mailing lists. Maintain communication logs and provide timely updates to the team.

Skills Required (Mandatory)

Strong urge to learn new skills every day. Good communication skills--written and verbal. Basic digital knowledge (internet, Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Canva, etc.) Ability to handle multiple tasks with discipline and accuracy. Basic copywriting or content drafting ability. A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Basic knowledge of WordPress or any CMS. Understanding of social media trends, ads, or SEO. Experience with data entry, coordination, or customer handling. Exposure to digital marketing tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, or email tools.
