Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Backend Developer

with expertise in the

MERN/PERN (MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications, APIs, and databases to support our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain

scalable backend services and APIs

using Node.js and Express.js/Nest.js. Develop and optimize

MongoDB/PostgreSQL or other relational database schemas, queries, and aggregations

for high performance. Ensure

secure authentication, authorization, and data protection

mechanisms. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with React-based applications. Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering

, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong proficiency in

Node.js, Express.js, and database

. Understanding of

RESTful API design

, microservices architecture, and web security practices. Experience with

Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

. Good understanding of

frontend-backend integration

with React.js. Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with

GraphQL

. Knowledge of

TypeScript

. Exposure to

ORM.

Understanding of

DevOps practices

and deployment automation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
