Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs aligned with business requirements. Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT. Manage and optimize MySQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance. Integrate AWS S3 for efficient asset storage and retrieval. Utilize Apache Kafka for reliable messaging across microservices. Implement Redis caching strategies to enhance system performance. Design, build, and maintain microservices-based architectures. Perform thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning. Oversee deployment processes ensuring seamless CI/CD pipeline integration. Prepare and maintain clear API documentation. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including front-end developers and DevOps.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development. Proficiency in Java programming. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), Spring Data JPA, Kafka, and Redis. Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs; familiarity with Swagger documentation. Strong understanding of JWT-based authentication and authorization. Hands-on experience with MySQL database design and management. Familiarity with AWS services such as S3 and RDS. Solid knowledge of core data structures (Lists, Maps, Sets). Experience developing microservices architectures. Proficient with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito). Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
