Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Backend Developer

with solid experience in

Python, FastAPI, and Django

, and a growing interest or exposure to

Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models, and AI integrations

.

In this role, you will contribute to backend systems, API development, and GenAI-powered features.
You will collaborate with the AI engineering and product teams to build scalable, high-performance platforms that integrate AI workflows and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using

Python, FastAPI, and Django

. Build and implement

scalable RESTful APIs

for internal and external applications. Integrate

GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, proprietary LLMs)

into backend workflows. Collaborate with the AI team on

NLP, automation, and model-inference pipelines

. Work with cloud platforms (

AWS, Azure, GCP

) to deploy and manage services. Use

Docker and Kubernetes

for containerization and efficient scaling. Optimize backend applications for performance, modularity, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve backend-level performance and integration issues. Maintain clean, testable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in

Python

, FastAPI, and Django. Strong understanding of database systems:

PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

. Experience with

Git

and collaborative version control workflows. Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

. Familiarity with

Docker / Kubernetes

for containerized deployments. Understanding of

GenAI workflows, AI API integration, and backend processing

. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, collaborative startup environment

On-Site ASE (Noida):

On-Site SDE 1 (Noida):
