What you will do as our new Back End Developer:

Implementation of Stored Procedures. Implementation of scalable Data Access Layers. Building secure and reusable code and libraries. Translation of requirements and technical analysis into visual elements or back-end features. Validation and correction of upstream technical design. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. Ability to implement automated unit testing. Data migration, transformation, and scripting. Troubleshooting and product bug correction. Responsible for some feature demos. Estimation of features and tasks. Follow and participate to Explorance development standards and guidelines Troubleshooting production issues.

What you need to succeed in that role:

5-8 years experience Experience in C#,NET MVC, .NET Core Postgre SQL development skillset Web server technologies like IIS Web Application architecture fundamentals Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools Excellent written and verbal communication Flexible, team player, "get-it-done" personality Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams Passion for technology and problem solving
