Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain server-side components and APIs.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Implement data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

Perform unit and integration testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.

Stay updated with backend technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.

Strong programming skills in languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or PHP.

Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Proficient in working with RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and API security.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Experience with server, networking, and hosting environments.

Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
