We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Backend Developer to join our high-impact engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring seamless implementation of mission-critical applications. You will collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into high-level and low-level designs, and build scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for designing high-performance, real-time applications.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete design and architecture of complex backend systems. Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into detailed high-level and low-level designs. Contribute to building mission-critical applications and align with the organization's overall technology vision. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards. Leverage advanced algorithms and data structures to deliver optimized solutions for complex problems. Work in an agile setup and actively participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

Programming:

Strong proficiency in Java.

DSA:

Solid expertise in data structures and algorithms, with proven ability to implement and optimize.

CS Fundamentals:

In-depth understanding of core computer science concepts.

Design:

Hands-on experience with data modeling, class design, and design patterns.

Additional:

Strong knowledge of databases and working experience with Linux/Unix environments.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
