Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide a team of backend developers
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java & Spring Boot
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
Mentor junior developers and support team growth
Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5-6 years of experience in Java development with strong Spring Boot expertise
Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Proven leadership and team mentoring experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms
Relevant Java/Spring certifications
