About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

Backend Developer

with

3-4 years of experience

in Python development to join our engineering team in Jaipur. In this role, you'll be responsible for building robust backend systems, scalable APIs, and microservices to support a range of applications and products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams--including frontend, AI/ML, and DevOps--to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

Python

(FastAPI, Django, or Flask). Build scalable

RESTful APIs

and

microservices

with

Docker

and

Kubernetes

. Develop database schemas and manage data using

PostgreSQL

and

MongoDB

. Collaborate with frontend, AI/ML, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across the backend stack. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E.

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in backend development using Python.
