We are a growing team passionate about delivering seamless learning experiences through our LMS (Learning Management System) platform. We are looking for a proactive Backend Developer who can maintain, enhance, and scale our systems while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Architecture

Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack MERN applications with a focus on scalability and maintainability. Implement real-time features such as live classroom scenarios, video conferencing, and chat using WebSockets / WebRTC. Build secure role-based access systems for students, teachers, and admins. Develop AI-enabled features, including: AI-driven feedback assistants & AI scenario generators Predictive analytics dashboards Integrate external APIs (Google/Microsoft Calendar, AI APIs, payment gateways, etc.).
Performance & Quality

Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, as well as responsive design. Optimize application performance for low-latency and high concurrency. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration tests.
Collaboration

Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces. Work with AI/ML engineers to integrate natural language processing and speech-to-text features. Partner with product managers to iterate rapidly based on user feedback.
Security and Compliance

Implement secure authentication, data encryption, and GDPR-compliant storage. Follow best practices for handling sensitive healthcare-related data.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 4 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Proven experience building scalable web applications. Familiarity with AI integrations (OpenAI API, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.). Hands-on experience with real-time communication technologies (Socket.IO, WebRTC). Proficiency in RESTful API and GraphQL design. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Nice to Have

Experience with AI in EdTech or healthcare-related applications. Knowledge of TypeScript. Experience in progressive web apps (PWA). Familiarity with Material Design 3, TailwindCSS, or other design systems. Understanding of multilingual UI development.
