Roles & Responsibilities

Work with the

Rust compiler

to compile to alternate targets such as

WebAssembly

. Apply

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

for unit testing functions and integration testing for publicly exposed APIs. Follow a

Git-style workflow

where every commit deploys to staging, and merged pull requests deploy to production. Set up

CI/CD pipelines

for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using

GitHub Actions

. Develop new software in

Rust

. Maintain and improve existing

Rust codebases

.

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about working with

4-7 years

of experience in shipping production applications.

B.Tech in Computer Science

from

Tier 1 Colleges only

. Strong

entrepreneurial mindset

with decision-making ability. Ability to

move fast without breaking things

(balanced risk-taking). Can work under

immense pressure
