We're looking for a passionate Backend Developer who is eager to take ownership of projects, design scalable backend systems, and contribute to a team that believes in building technology with impact.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript.
? Work with ORMs such as Mongoose, Sequelize, or Prisma for effective data modeling and management.
? Design and manage database schemas in MongoDB and MySQL.
? Integrate message brokers like RabbitMQ and MQTT for event-driven and distributed architectures.
? Implement and manage Node Workers for background tasks and job queues.
? Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
? Collaborate with frontend teams and product managers to deliver seamless and scalable solutions.
? Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
Required Skills & Experience:
? 3+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript (Please note it's Typescript not Javascript)
? Strong understanding of Express.js, asynchronous programming, and REST API design.
? Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL databases.
? Proficiency with ORMs (Mongoose / Sequelize / Prisma).
? Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ and MQTT.
? Understanding of Node Workers and background job processing.
? Familiarity with Git, API documentation tools (like Postman or Swagger), and CI/CD pipelines.
? Good problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Good to Have:
? Experience with Node Workers.
? Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
? Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Ashok Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
