About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated

React Backend Developer

to join our growing tech team in Kondhwa, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js / Express.js) development. You will be responsible for building scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications that enhance user experience and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using

React.js

for the frontend and

Node.js / Express.js

for the backend. Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces. Work with databases such as

MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

for data storage and management. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Debug and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

1 year of hands-on experience

in React.js and Node.js development. Strong understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with

MongoDB / MySQL

, Git, and version control systems. Familiarity with

Redux, Hooks, Axios

, and modern front-end build pipelines. Basic understanding of deployment and cloud environments (AWS / Firebase / Vercel). Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Knowledge of

TypeScript

and

Next.js

. Experience with authentication (JWT, OAuth). Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Salary Range:

?20,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
