About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid educational background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, cloud technologies, and modern databases, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using

Node.js

and

Java

. Leverage

GitHub Co-Pilot

and AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and ensure high code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable backend solutions. Optimize system performance, security, and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-8 years

of proven experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in

Node.js

and

Java

. Knowledge/experience with

Microsoft Azure

(preferred). Hands-on experience with databases -

PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, or other NoSQL databases

(preferred). Excellent

communication and collaboration skills

. Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputed institution.

Good to Have

Familiarity with

micro services architecture

and containerization (Dockers, Kubernetes). Exposure to

cloud-native development

and DevOps practices. Experience with

enterprise-scale distributed systems

Pay: ₹312,357.95 - ₹1,464,549.21 per year
