Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Backend Developer

to join our technology team and support the digital initiatives of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for server-side web application logic, database management, API integrations, and supporting internal software tools that enhance project management, resource tracking, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain efficient backend systems, databases, and server-side applications. Collaborate with front-end developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to design technical solutions. Build APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance system functionality. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of backend systems. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications as needed. Implement data storage solutions (e.g., databases, data lakes). Manage user authentication, authorization, and access control systems. Assist in automating reporting tools and internal management dashboards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer. Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Python, PHP, Node.js, Java, or .NET. Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred). Understanding of security compliance related to construction data and project management platforms. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects.

Preferred Traits:

Experience in building or managing ERP systems, project management software, or construction technology tools. Exposure to construction industry-specific digital solutions or platforms is a plus. A proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
