Role & Responsibilities

Agentic AI Platform Delivery Develop and maintain autonomous software agents using modern LLM frameworks. Build reusable components for business process automation. Design agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations. Enable deployment across CRM systems and enterprise data platforms. Generative AI & Model Optimization Fine-tune LLMs/SLMs with proprietary NBFC data. Work on model distillation, quantization, and edge deployment readiness. Self-Learning Systems Create adaptive frameworks that learn from interaction outcomes. Implement lightweight models to support real-time decision-making.
Ideal Candidate

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field 4-7 years in AI/ML roles with proficiency in: Languages: Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, React, Java Tools/Frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI Platforms: GCP, MS Foundry, Copilot Studio, BigQuery, Power Apps/BI Agent Tools: Agent Development Kit (ADK), Multi-agent Communication Protocol (MCP) Strong understanding of: Prompt engineering, LLM integration, and orchestration
Mandatory

Strong Backend developer (with AI experience) Profile Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 3+ years of experience in backend development with exposure to AI/ML Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 2+ years experience in bakend development using Python and Node.js Mandatory (Experience 3) - Proven experience in developing and integration using APIs (REST, GraphQL etc) Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have 6+ months experience in working with agentic AI, LLMs using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI etc
Preferred

Preferred (Company) - Product Preferred (Skills 1) - Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript / React Preferred (Skills 2) - Familiarity with tools like GCP, BigQuery, Copilot Studio, Power BI, or multi-agent toolkits like ADK / MCP is advantageous.
