Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and maintaining backend systems using

Node.js

, with a solid understanding of integrating with React-based frontends. You will be responsible for developing robust RESTful APIs, ensuring data integrity, managing database performance, and maintaining backend architecture for scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend architecture using Node.js and Express.js Handle data modelling, performance, and security best practices Work closely with the frontend team to integrate APIs Optimize MongoDB queries and schemas Implement authentication and role-based access controls Collaborate using Git, Jira, and agile tools

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms. Understanding of DevOps basics (CI/CD, deployment workflows) Familiarity with GraphQL is a bonus Good communication and teamwork skills
