Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using

Node.js

. Design and implement

RESTful APIs

and integrations with third-party travel APIs (flights, hotels, cabs). Work with

MongoDB

and

MySQL

to design efficient and scalable data models. Implement messaging and event-driven systems using

Kafka

. Collaborate with the team via

GitHub

for version control, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance tuning. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily scrums.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience

in backend development using

Node.js

. Hands-on experience with

MongoDB, MySQL, Kafka, and GitHub

. Strong knowledge of

API design and integrations

(preferably travel APIs such as flights, hotels, or mobility services). Understanding of

REST, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and microservices architecture

. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Good to Have

Prior experience in the

travel tech industry

(OTA, mobility, booking systems). Exposure to

AWS cloud services

(EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
