Job Description

Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and implement scalable backend systems and APIs to support the functionality of the Companys platform.


Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


Lead the architecture and development of backend components, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.


Optimize system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.


Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior members of the engineering team.


Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.


Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain backend services in cloud environments.


Drive initiatives for improving code quality, automation, and development processes.


Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute feature development and enhancement projects.


Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


3-8 years of experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance systems.


Proficiency in any programming language.


Solid understanding of database systems, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).


Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean and Ali Cloud.


Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.


Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.


Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.


Proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable backend solutions in a fast-paced environment.


Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
