We are seeking a talented and driven Back-End Developer with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will build, test, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, databases, and microservices that power our applications. You will contribute directly to production systems and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues, improving stability and performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with Front-End, QA, DevOps, and Product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to improving application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
Support and participate in deployment processes and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of hands-on experience with at least one back-end language:
Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby, C#

Experience building and consuming

Solid understanding of databases such as
