is seeking a skilled

Backend Developer (Node.js)

to join our technology-driven team. We combine innovation, precision, and sustainability to redefine the diamond industry through advanced digital solutions and automation.

Objective:

To design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems, APIs, and databases that power the company's digital platforms and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain

server-side applications

, APIs, and database structures. Build and optimize

RESTful and GraphQL APIs

for seamless frontend and system integration. Implement core

business logic

, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Work with

SQL/NoSQL databases

for efficient data management and integrity. Integrate

authentication and authorization mechanisms

(JWT, OAuth, etc.). Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams for smooth delivery. Write

unit and integration tests

, ensuring code quality and maintainability. Optimize backend systems for

speed, reliability, and resource efficiency

. Participate in

code reviews

and contribute to continuous improvement practices. Prepare and maintain

technical documentation

for APIs and backend systems. Support

deployment processes

using CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).

Required Skills & Technologies:

Strong proficiency in

Node.js

and frameworks such as

Express.js

or

NestJS

Experience with

SQL

(MySQL/PostgreSQL) and

NoSQL

(MongoDB) databases Familiarity with

API design principles

and

REST/GraphQL architecture

Understanding of

authentication, security practices

data protection

Knowledge of

Docker

Git

CI/CD pipelines

Experience in

cloud environments

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage Ability to debug, optimize, and scale backend systems Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

2-5 years

of experience in backend or full-stack development Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable Node.js applications

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
