JOB DESCRIPTION | BACKEND DEVELOPER

At Gamecrio, we are looking for a Game backend developer who can create a backend for games, preferably slot games. Creating a backend for the game is fun and challenging at the same time compared to a website or software backend. The candidate's experience with Node.js, Angular.js, JavaScript, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Git, or MongoDB is helpful to succeeding quickly in this role. Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

? "Proficiency in backend technologies including Node.js and Express.js, with experience in frontend development using React.js.

? Understanding of real-time multiplayer systems and client-server architecture

? Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, or Socket.IO

Soft Skills:

? Knowledge of database systems - relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)

? Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

? Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub)

? Exposure to server deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning

? Basic knowledge of security practices to prevent cheating or unauthorized access

? Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

? Team collaboration and clear communication

? Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Game Development, or related field

? 0-2 years of experience in backend development (experience in the gaming industry is preferred)

? Hands-on experience with managing multiplayer game features, leaderboards, player data management or matchmaking is a plus

? Understanding of game engine backend integration (Unity, Unreal Engine) is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
