We are looking for a passionate

Backend Developer (2-3 Years experience)

to join our team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Frappe & ERPNext Build and maintain scalable APIs and third-party integrations Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Optimize database queries for performance and scalability Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications Collaborate with front-end engineers and product teams to deliver features Maintain technical documentation and ensure best practices

Skills & Qualifications

Experience Level: 2-3 years (Backend Development with Frappe/ERPNext)

Strong hands-on experience with

Frappe Framework & ERPNext (mandatory)

Proficiency in

Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, Redis

Understanding of

RESTful APIs

and microservices Strong knowledge of server-side logic and database design Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments and version control (Git) Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
