Job Title: Node.js Backend Developer

Experience:

Minimum 1 year

Delhi ( WFO )

Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

Node.js

? Build clean, scalable REST APIs

? Work with

PostgreSQL

for relational data modeling and queries

? Use

Redis

for caching, queues, or session management

? Implement

real-time features using Sockets

? Debug, optimize, and improve existing backend code

? Write basic test cases and understand testing fundamentals

? Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams

? Use

Postman

for API testing, debugging, and documentation

? Follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability

Required Skills

? Strong hands-on experience with

Node.js & JavaScript

? Solid understanding of

backend architecture & API design

? Experience working with

PostgreSQL

? Working knowledge of

Redis

? Experience using

WebSockets / Socket.io

? Basic understanding of

testing concepts

(unit/integration)

? Comfortable using

Postman

? Good understanding of async programming & event loop

? Ability to debug issues independently

Good to Have (Bonus)

? Experience with background jobs / queues

? Familiarity with authentication (JWT, OAuth basics)

? Experience with production deployments

? Knowledge of performance optimization and caching strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
