We are seeking an experienced

Backend Developer (Node.js with Microservices)

to join our on-site team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using

Node.js

Architect and implement

microservices-based systems

with modularity and scalability in mind Build and integrate

RESTful APIs

and GraphQL endpoints Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and scalability Work with relational and non-relational databases (

MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.

) Implement

security best practices

and data protection protocols Collaborate with frontend developers, mobile app teams, and product managers Handle

deployment, monitoring, and debugging

in production environments Participate in

code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring junior developers

Required Skills

8-12 years of backend development experience with expertise in

Node.js

Proven hands-on experience in

building and deploying microservices architectures

Strong knowledge of

JavaScript/TypeScript

and asynchronous programming Deep understanding of

API design, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and data security

Proficiency in working with

databases

(SQL & NoSQL) and caching strategies Experience with

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Firebase)

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills
Bonus Skills

Exposure to

event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

Knowledge of

serverless architectures

(AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions) Experience with

DevOps practices and monitoring tools

(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) Prior experience leading backend teams or managing distributed systems
