Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for cross-platform applications. Develop and manage database schemas, queries, and migrations using relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis). Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) for efficient data storage, querying, and management. Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems under varying loads. Integrate third-party services and APIs (e.g., authentication, payments, analytics). Ensure robust security and data privacy practices are implemented across all services (e.g., JWT, OAuth2, SQL injection, CSRF). Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality. Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation. Monitor production systems and handle issues as they arise. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with APIs and backend services to maintain uptime and reliability. Collaborate with front-end/mobile developers, designers and product managers to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences. Suggest and implement new mobile products, applications and protocols. Work closely with colleagues to constantly innovate app functionality and design. Communicate with Inbound Team to understand their needs and expectations of the Client.

Technical Skill

:

Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, .Net, or similar. Experience with modern web frameworks like Express, Django, Spring Boot, etc. Solid understanding of RESTful architecture and/or GraphQL. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL MongoDB, Redis). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and development workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
