Assima is a worldwide leader in training, assistance, and software adoption for Fortune 500 companies. Our patented technology is trusted by 15 of the top 20 banks, major international organizations, and some of the largest hospital networks in the world. We are in the process of building the new generation of our product suite with a much more scalable architecture, state-of-the-art web technologies, and AI/Machine learning functionalities.

We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer who is motivated to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes.

The Back-end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments,

formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users.

• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
• Other various tasks are required by the team.

Requirements

• Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, PHP, or Python
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
